It is an exciting time to be an alumnus of Virginia Wesleyan University. The Â鶹¾«Æ·ÊÓƵ Alumni Council has worked hard to develop a strategic plan to involve all alumni in the life of the University. Whether it's through recruiting, interacting with current students, attending events, or giving to your favorite Â鶹¾«Æ·ÊÓƵ program, we encourage you to become involved. There are no annual membership dues.

Skye Suetter '20
Skye Seutter has completed her Master’s in Homeland Security from Regent University and is now a Virginia Beach Police Officer.
Marie Lerch '19 graduated from Charleston School of Law in May of 2023. Upon graduation, she took and passed the South Carolina Bar. She now practices as a Criminal Prosecutor in the Charleston area. She and Clay Brumbaugh '18 were also recently engaged.
Rachel Koelliker Vanek ‘80 retired in 2022 after 30 years in the medical ICU as an acute care nurse practitioner at University Hospitals of Cleveland. She loved the work and her work family and patients, but the time was right to retire. Rachel enjoys life spending more time with husband Derek, their 5 grandchildren, and extended family. Rachel and Derek enjoy trail riding and camping with their horses, hiking, kayaking and spending the last 2 winters in central Florida. Rachel took up playing the mountain dulcimer and has joined an old time string band. Rachel connects with a few VWC classmates on a regular basis and hopes to make Homecoming this fall.

The Â鶹¾«Æ·ÊÓƵ Athletic Hall of Fame honors those who, by outstanding achievement in athletics, by service to athletics, or through significant contributions to athletics, have made lasting contributions to Â鶹¾«Æ·ÊÓƵ's intercollegiate athletic program.
